Today we are so excited to be joined by Rae Garringer of Country Queers! Country Queers is a now a podcast heading into it's second season, but has been a project of Rae's for years now. They have compiled hours of interviews with members of the LGBTQIA+ community in rural areas to compile oral histories in the "front porchin'" tradition of Appalachia and rural America.
It is not an exaggeration to call Rae's project monumentally important to the history of our entire country and culture.
